These Terms apply to the leasing of all vehicles by SOGO Mobility Limited (“SOGO”) to any Customer (SOGO and the Customer together being “the Parties”). By signing an Account Activation Form, Lease Agreement or Proposal Form and/or allowing us to Lease a vehicle to you, you acknowledge and agree that you shall be bound by these Terms.

These terms & conditions set out the basis on which you can visit and use this website. Please read these terms & conditions carefully as they contain important information and your use of this website will be subject to these terms and conditions (including other sections noted below e.g. Privacy Policy).

SOGO Mobility Ltd have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in this site.

Whilst every effort is made to produce up to date information and specifications, this site should not be regarded as an infallible guide to our suppliers products and services, nor does it constitute an offer for the sale of any particular vehicle. Any reference in this site to speed or performance should not be taken as an encouragement to drive either dangerously or at speeds in excess of national limits.

All fuel economy figures are in accordance with Directive 93/116/EC. They have been calculated using the same test cycle as used for official exhaust emission classification. They cannot be compared with the previous steady speed/urban figures and are more representative of actual on-road fuel consumption. Under normal use a vehicle's actual fuel consumption figures may differ from those achieved through the test procedure, depending on driving technique, road and traffic conditions, environmental factors, and vehicle condition. All rights, including copyright and database right, in the website and its contents, are owned by or licensed to the manufacturer in question, SOGO Mobility Ltd and Cambria Automobiles, or otherwise used by the manufacturer, SOGO Mobility Ltd and Cambria Automobiles as permitted by applicable law or the copyright holder. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast or transmit any text, images, graphic, logo, button, icon, image and their selection and arrangement thereof, and any underlying source code and software, for any commercial or public purpose without prior written permission from the manufacturer, Cambria Automobiles or the copyright holder.

You may not adapt, alter or create any of the material or information in this site or use it for any other purpose other than for your personal non-commercial use. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes.

Unless otherwise stated, we always provide brand new vehicles and we pride ourselves in only supplying vehicle of the highest of standards with all vehicles are taken through a pre-delivery inspection. Where a used vehicle is provided, these are processed to the same exacting pre-delivery standard as a new vehicle and are fully HPI checked for your peace of mind. Where the vehicles provided for hire have previously been used for business or hire purposes we will price our vehicles for hire on the basis of age, condition and mileage. Where we hold documents relating to vehicle history, these are available for inspection on request and we are happy to address any specific queries before you view or make an offer to hire any vehicle.

Specifications of vehicles may vary. The information displayed conveys the usual specification of the most recent model but may not reflect the individual vehicle. Please contact the sales department for confirmation in the first instance.

3. Trademarks

All names, images, logos identifying all the manufacturers are proprietary marks of the manufacturer. All names, images, logos identifying SOGO Mobility Ltd are proprietary marks of Cambria Automobiles. All third party brand, product, service and company names contained on this site are the trademarks, service marks and trade names of their respective holders. SOGO Mobility Ltd and Cambria Automobiles does not give permission for their use by any person other than the holders. Any such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.

SOGO Mobility Ltd does not represent, warrant, endorse or hold responsibility over any external sites that may be linked to and from this site. Excellent customer care is paramount to SOGO Mobility Ltd. However, we accept that there are times when we get it wrong and to bring this to our attention and resolve your complaint quickly please refer to our Complaints Policy section on this website.

11. Complaints

Our aim is to be recognised as having an industry leading reputation for excellent customer service so the need to adopt a complaints procedure will hopefully be a situation that will not occur.
However, we know it is not an ideal world so it is absolutely vital to have a clear process in place to ensure our customers have complete peace of mind.

Should any problems arise, it is always our key objective to deal with these quickly, preferably at the time the matter arises. Nevertheless, we understand that times may arise where a complaint requires escalation, in which case we request that customers adopt the following procedure:

If you remain dissatisfied, please email complaints@cambriaautos.co.uk with the details of your complaint. Customer care will aim to respond within 14 days.

Options for Resolution

A range of options will be explored that satisfy the customers concerns and fairly resolve the problems at hand.

Action Plan

A plan of agreed actions will be implemented with a supporting timeframe and followed through rigorously.

Learn

Once we have achieved an agreed successful conclusion with the customer, we will then fully document the event and implement revised processes as required to prevent any reoccurrence of this situation.

Communication

Throughout the process we encourage and practice open communication utilising those channels which the customer feels most comfortable to ensure a swift and satisfactory resolution.

Accountability

Delivering exceptional levels of customer service is fundamental to the success of our business and every complaint or concern is reported to the Managing Director of SOGO on a daily basis to ensure the right level of focus is applied. We take a simple view. Without happy satisfied customers, we do not have a business!

Complaints concerning Consumer Hire

Please put your complaint in writing by letter or e-mail to:

We will aim to acknowledge your complaint in writing within 5 working days and provide a final response in no longer than 8 weeks;

We will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Where your case is complex we may need some time to make sure we have covered everything, so we will keep you informed while we do so.

We are confident that the above process will resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, but if you do not feel this is the case having exhausted the process, you are of course at liberty to take external advice or follow our Alternative Dispute Resolution process by contacting;

12. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any of these Terms should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms are intended to be effective, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause. All other Terms of Use and Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.

SOGO Mobility Ltd reserves the right to change any of its terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online.

All contracts are concluded in English.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must stop using this website immediately.
