We wish to ensure that we support our team of people in the management of their health and wellbeing. Therefore, we pay for all our team to have access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). This provides a range of support and advice to our emloyees, a confidential helpline, counselling sessions, access to a Doctor 24/7, physio advice and support from other Health Experts.

We wish to ensure that we support associates in the management of their health and wellbeing. Therefore, we pay for allocated Senior Managers to have access to Private Medical Insurance. This includes the benefit of access to discounted rates for these employees to decide separately for their partner and family.

Financial Wellbeing - Planning For The Unexpected
We extend our responsibility to an employees's family in the tragic event of an employees' death. We look to provide some financial security to an employee’s family with the benefit of a Life Insurance arrangement which is paid by the company after 3 months of employment.
There is no cost to an individual and it is not a Benefit in Kind (which would be subject to tax).
The company standard cover commences at 1 x annual salary, increasing to 2 x annual salary after 5 years service. Senior management is subject to enhanced arrangements.
